About the project
We rebuilt the ADU completely. Outside: a new septic system, new board-and-batten siding, new windows, a new deck with black railings and a new driveway. Inside: all new mechanical systems and all new finish work.
The main house, a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home, is leased.
